Processing Your Order
We understand that when you make an order, you want your stuff as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Our Fulfillment Team carefully prepares every order. Orders typically ship from our location within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We own and operate two distribution centers, one in Lago Vista, Texas, and one in Hilo, Hawaii. Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. However, orders placed during large sales, promotions, product launches, or holidays may require additional processing time.

We mainly use USPS as our preferred shipping carrier. If you would like to use FedEx, or UPS, please contact our Support Team here.
Estimated Shipping Times
Texas: 2-3 business Days
Hawaii: 2-3 business Days (Hyaluronic Acid Products only); 14-21 days business Days for other products
Rest of the lower contiguous states: 5-7 days
Alaska, Puerto Rico, & U.S. Territories: 12-28 business Days
Mauna Ola Goods does not guarantee arrival times.
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping speeds may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:
- Severe weather conditions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Other unexpected delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to these circumstances and cannot offer reimbursements for late deliveries.
Tracking Your Order
We utilize the shipping services Shippo, you may receive an email from this service. A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 48 hours of an item shipping.
- Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear.
- Once your order is delivered, we’ll send a confirmation email or SMS notification.
- We cannot override courier policies or appeal delays on your behalf.

Is Shipping Free?
Due to increases prices from USPS, we have temporary added shipping costs to all items.
Do you have International Shipping?
At this time we do not ship internationally. We currently ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories.
